You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration and to update it promptly if it changes. Sharing your account credentials with others is prohibited.

4. Payment Terms

The following payment terms apply to all enrollment options:

  • Down payment — any required down payment is due in full at the time of enrollment and must be paid before access is granted.
  • Monthly installments — where applicable, monthly payments are due on the same calendar date each month, beginning 30 days from your enrollment date.
  • Late fee — a late fee of $25.00 will be assessed if a monthly payment is 15 or more calendar days past its due date.

5. Three-Day Right of Cancellation

Under applicable consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel this agreement without penalty within three (3) business days of your enrollment date. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within that period by emailing oliver@leethomas.devwith the subject line “Cancellation Request” and your full name and enrollment date.

After the three-business-day cancellation period has expired, all payments made are non-refundable, except as otherwise provided in your Retail Installment Agreement.

6. Cancellation

  • Monthly and Annual subscriptions — you may cancel at any time. Your access will continue through the end of your current paid billing period, after which no further charges will be made.
  • Credit Path (retail installment) — cancellation of school access does not cancel your installment payment obligation. Your obligation to make monthly installment payments continues in full pursuant to the terms of your signed Promissory Note and Retail Installment Agreement, regardless of whether you continue to use the platform.

7. Credit Path — Important Disclosures

The Credit Path program is a retail installment sale of educational services. It is NOT a bank loan, personal loan, or revolving credit product.
